- Never send money before you've seen the place, in person or on a live video call.
- Sign the Ontario Standard Lease. Most Ontario rentals are required to use it.
- Get a receipt for every payment.
- Report anything suspicious. We remove it.

Is it free?
Yes. Joining the waitlist is free, and searching for a place will always be free for renters. Early landlords list for free too.
When does it launch?
We open city by city, starting where the most people join. Tell your friends in your city and it opens there sooner. We'll email you the day it opens.
Which cities?
All of Ontario: the GTA, Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo, London, Ottawa, Windsor, Kingston, Barrie, Sudbury, Thunder Bay and more.
Are bed spaces and shared rooms allowed?
Rules on shared housing and rooming houses are different in each city. Landlords must confirm their listing follows local bylaws, and we remove listings that don't.
Is this for short stays like Airbnb?
No. We only list long-term places, usually month to month or on a lease of several months or more.
What do you do with my information?
We only use it to tell you about places and to launch in your city. We never sell it. See our privacy policy.
