The waitlist

Joining is free and doesn't guarantee a listing, a place to live or a tenant. We'll contact you about our launch using the details you gave us.

We are a platform, not a landlord

KeyHive doesn't own, manage or rent any property. Any rental agreement is between the landlord and the tenant. Ontario's Residential Tenancies Act and the Landlord and Tenant Board apply to most rentals.

Landlords

Landlords who list with us must have the right to rent the space, describe it honestly, and follow Ontario law and their city's bylaws, including any rules on shared housing and rooming houses.

Honest information

Please give accurate information. We may remove sign-ups that are fake, automated or abusive.

Changes

We may update these terms as we build the platform. The date above shows the latest version.
