KeyHive ("we") is building a long-term rental platform for Ontario. This page explains what we collect on our waitlist and why. We follow Canada's privacy law for businesses, PIPEDA.

What we collect

• What you type into the waitlist form: name, email, optional phone number, city, the type of place, budget, move-in timing and whether you're a renter or landlord.
• Anonymous visit counts. We don't use cookies or advertising trackers and we don't store your IP address. Visits are counted with a one-way code that changes every day.

Why we collect it

• To email you when KeyHive launches in your city.
• To decide which cities to open first and what kinds of places people need.

What we never do

• We never sell or rent your information.
• We never share it with landlords or tenants without your permission.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email from us.

Storage

Your information is stored on secure cloud servers and kept only as long as we need it for the purposes above.
